A download failure, frozen update, sign-in problem and missing subscription are different problems. Name the exact failure before changing settings.

Write down what is happening

Note the app and version, device, operating system, exact message, when the problem began and whether it affects one app or several. Compare Wi-Fi and mobile data only if doing so is appropriate for your data plan.

Begin with reversible checks

Close and reopen the app, restart the device and check the official store for app and operating-system updates. If a feature needs camera, location, microphone or file access, review that specific permission rather than changing everything at once.

Protect drafts, downloads and progress

Before clearing storage or reinstalling, confirm whether local drafts, downloaded media, saved sessions, game progress or offline files are backed up or linked to the correct account. Reinstallation can remove data stored only on the device.

Separate app, account and billing issues

A wrong store account, expired plan or regional restriction can look like an app failure. Check which account owns the app or subscription and identify whether the publisher, Google Play or Apple manages the relevant step.

Continue through official support

Every Laser profile provides the app’s confirmed support or publisher route. Describe the issue and the checks already tried, but never send passwords, one-time codes or recovery keys.

Use current evidence

Laser does not monitor live service status. Read the full official-source troubleshooting guide for current Google Play and Apple steps.
